A short excerpt from the book
Each cell of the human body constantly needs enough light and enough oxygen to function normally. We said that inside a cell, that is protoplasmic, light carriers are biophotons that have a certain minimum number. It is clear that they come from light, but natural sunlight is not enough if one is to sunbathe in the sun all day. Light itself is a kind of vibration, like everything in the universe. So it’s basically contained in everything and is everything. The human body receives it from the sun, air, water and food. It may also be accepted by the LIVING WORD of some GREAT TEACHER, but this is another topic. Most biophotons are absorbed by the body from the clean air (especially at sunrise), from pure spring (not mineral) water and from fruits (mostly), followed by vegetables, grains and nuts. Unfortunately for meat eaters, meat almost doesn’t give light to the body as well as all food products of animal origin and the foods that are canned and cooked. To this group we can also include processed (and quite “processed”) cereals and pasta, confectionery and more.
In one word, its best for a person, to consume fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly prepared grain foods (boiled wheat, rice) and shell fruits. Pure honey contains extremely high luminosity in itself.
This should be the main menu of the person. Of course, there is room for other foods, but in no case should they be leading.
We will digress a little more to say a few more details. When a person does not lead an environmentally friendly life – that is he doesn’t take walks in the nature at least once a week ( preferably visiting places above a thousand and five meters high ) use only food with almost no or low light, the cell cannot function normally , due to the lack of biophotons. The latter are therefore replaced by their “duplicates” or if we need to say it more precisely - by “fake biophotons”. And a “fake king” cannot rule his kingdom as the true one.
In “biophotonic famine” not only old diseases are exacerbated and also new ones come, but one is quite possible to become slightly inadequate to the environment. Nothing goes, “everyone and everything is wrong “and although the person doesn’t feel directly the consequences, it becomes dissatisfied and fatigued, angry about trifles and is always nervous.
