to deal with anger

I accept and love my anger.
I am fully aware that the roots for it are my ego and my sense of fear,
that I am not loved, that I am separate and alone.
But this is not true, because GOD lives in me and I live in HIM!
Through HIM I am connected and loved by all.
Because... GOD IS LOVE!

The fear that I am lonely, separated, rejected, misunderstood, underestimated,
is a great illusion...
Because I am Love and Everything is Love !!!
I live in the notion of Atonement and Connection with the Whole
and I love Him, and He loves me.

I Thank my anger that he was my Master through my Way
to the Divine Consciousness, which teaches me Humility and Forgiveness!
I thank him and let him stay with me,
transformed into pure Love, Peace, Harmony, Courage and Strength -
THE POWER OF LOVE AND THE UNITY WITH GOD!!!

O LORD, LET IT BE YOUR WILL !
